Shipping & Returns 



Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay

Our drivers are out and about on weekdays delivering orders to homes within about 30 miles of the Brewery

But don’t worry if you live further afield. Our national courier service means we can send to most postcodes in UK! Your order will usually be delivered in the next 2-4 working days. Orders will be processed Monday-Thursday. 





We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Below are details and information on how to return any items.



Breakages: In the unlikely event that you experience any breakages in transit then please contact us at quoting your order number and details. We will happily arrange for either replacement or refund of any broken bottles. We hope you understand but we will need some proof of any damage in the form of photographic evidence from you or our couriers.


Quality issues: If you have any problems with the quality of our beer or products that you received as part of your order it’s essential that the product is retained as no action can be taken without analysis. It’s also important that the beer is still within shelf life and has been stored correctly since its delivery. We will arrange a courier to retrieve the remainder of your order for analysis by our brewery team and a suitable replacement or refund will be processed.


Please note that refunds can only be made to the PayPal account used for the original transaction and purchase. Our returns procedure for Beers is detailed below:

Customers have 30 days to return goods at no cost (except supplementary costs including delivery).
Contact to agree on how the beer is to be returned.
If possible, please secure merchandise in its original packaging.
We will then dispatch replacements once we receive your return parcel(s).
Where agreed, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.



If you are not happy with your purchase, please secure it in its original packaging in “as new” condition and return it to Green Jack Brewing Co Ltd, Argyle Place, Love Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 2NZ.

Please include your order number and contact details. Also please clearly state the reason for your return, and where appropriate we will dispatch a replacement item of the same value.


Where agreed, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. We regret that in sizing and style-related issues, original dispatch charges are non-refundable. Green Jack Brewing Co retains the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items that have obviously been worn or degraded through use.
