Our exciting new beer Excelsior is brewed to be thirst quenching with fruity hop character, balanced malt and superb aroma. The beer celebrates Lowestoft built (1921) sailing smack Excelsior and aims to help in raising funds and awareness for the Excelsior Trust to keep her sailing

Trawlerboys Best Bitter 4.6% abv

The Trawlerboys Best Bitter, is a Full-bodied and a copper-coloured premium bitter brewed with English whole cone hops,rich and malty with fruity hop flavours. This Best Bitter has been named after the nickname of Lowestoft Town Football Club as Green Jacks new flagship brewery is opposite Lowestoft’s Crown Meadow stadium. The pump clip features Lowestoft built (1978) stern trawler the Boston Sea Stallion.

 Lurcher Stout 4.8% abv:

The Lurcher Stout Fruity, chocolaty, rich and fulsome, well-balanced with hops, yet So Smooth. Proving to be a real winner, if you like stout you will love Lurcher.

Mahseer IPA 5.0% abv

The Mahseer IPA is 5.0% abv India Pale Ale as it was always intended to be strong bitter and very hoppy! Our IPA has been Brewed with English bittering hops and American aroma hops, a winning combination! Named after the legendary Golden Mahseer, which is most highly prized fish a freshwater angler can catch! Growing to over 120lb in weight the mahseer inhabits the rivers of northern India.

The Gone Fishing E.S.B.or “gone missing” as they call it in our pub, is a strong, deep amber coloured Ale, fruity and malty very drinkable for it’s strength. A very popular brew in the Triangle Tavern

Ripper, 8.5% abv

The Ripper is the Green Jack Brewing Company’s champion Barley Wine. Inspired by Belgian tripel ales this multi-awarding winning brew is dangerously drinkable. Rich amber in colour Ripper is sweet and fruity with a warming finish.

The Green Jacks Baltic Trader is an Extra Strong Export Stout. Smooth, rich and fruity with roasted coffee & vanilla flavours. If you havn’t tried it yet, you need to! Baltic Trader celebrates the North Sea sailing ships that traded between East Coast ports like Lowestoft, the Low Countries and Scandinavia.

A crisp pale ale brewed with Australian hops to give fruity and floral bitterness and a dry finish.

Canary Pale Ale 3.8% abv

The Canary Pale Ale, is a delightful straw-coloured pale ale with a big flowery hop character (Styrian Goldings). The Canary Pale Ale is a fantastic session beer and at 3.8%.

SUMMER DREAM, 4.0% abv | (SUMMER BREW)

The Summer Dream is a pale summer ale, floral, dry and hoppy brewed with hand picked elderflowers from the hedgerows of Norfolk and Suffolk. Our most popular seasonal brew can be ready in May if we have a warm spring or June if its cold and is available till the end of September. Huge aroma of Summertime!

HOP HARVEST, 4.0% abv | (AUTUMN BREW)

Our ‘Hop Harvest’ is a A bright Wheaten Ale brewed with “green” wheat straight from the combine harvester of a local farm and “green” freshly picked hops from a Suffolk Hop Yard! Available late September / early October till the end of November.

OLD COCK, 4.4% abv | (WINTER BREW)

Old Cock is Rich Chestnut Brown with fruity flavours and a nutty finish. A real Winter Warmer! Available from December till late Febuary.

Our Albion Mild is a Full Bodied Mild, sweet & malty with a dry finish! Brewed to celebrate the wherry Albion built on the shores of Lowestofts lake lothing in 1898 and still sailing the broads to this day.
