So what been happening here this week amongst the brewing vessels and telephones in the brewhouse? Well, a busy week with many pub orders, finalizing deliveries for Lattitude, getting the crew together to move the beer around the site over the course of the weekend and most importantly testing the Hektors Pure 3.8% abv & Hektors Scarecrow 5.0% abv to make sure its all ok.
Pleanty of cask washing and racking this week, Orange Wheat, Summer Dream and Friday is the return of the Mahseer I.P.A 5.0% Brewing of this beer has been held back as the small brewing plant is in the process of being fitted in the main brewhouse still but we decided to do a large brew of Mahseer and get this bottled aswell as in the casks.
New Hops have been ordered some great looking Aussie Hops that have never been in the u.k. before so watch this space, once the little brewery is up and running i’m sure we can see some great small brews of Artisan ales designed by Tim.
